Step.1
RESEARCH and DEVELOPMENT
In addition to our own elemental technologies, we are developing next-generation high-performance semiconductor technologies in collaboration with various research institutes, as well as film-forming and manufacturing technologies to realize them.

DESIGN
Introduced advanced technology such as 3D CAD design and fluid simulation. We make the most of our elemental technologies to design equipment that reflects customer feedback in our products.

PROCUREMENT
The type and number of required parts differ depending on the model and specifications of the device. Our automated warehouse manages more than 15,000 parts collected from business partners around the world.

MANUFACTURE
We manufacture a wide variety of products in a class 5000 clean room. In unit assembly, we have adopted the cell station production method to improve work efficiency and productivity. In addition, we are pursuing optimization of the production area, promoting a production scheme that thoroughly eliminates waste and improving work safety.

SHIPMENT
Strict product inspection and shipping inspection are carried out in all processes. Completed devices are shipped around the world using environmentally friendly transportation methods.

INSTALLATION・SETUP
We go to the customer's factory and carry out equipment delivery, assembly, wiring, testing and adjustment, and process startup work according to the customer's delivery date. About 90% of our customers are overseas, mainly in Asia, and many of our employees are active overseas.
