We have noticed the existence of business cards, emails, news sites, and solicitations impersonating our company name and executives. However, none of these have any relation to our company. These actions are fraudulent activities aimed at illegal transactions, malware infections, and the theft of personal and credit card information. We urge our customers to be cautious.

On the fraudulent activities impersonating our agents Recently, in China, several reports have been received of fraudulent activities by individuals pretending to be employees, executives, agents, or representatives of our company or our group companies. These individuals have no connection to us or our group, and we ask you to be careful with emails and contacts claiming to be representatives of our group. Especially, be alert to those who claim to be Japanese expatriates. We also inform you that we will take measures including legal action against any interference with our operations.

Please be careful of investment solicitations impersonating PHT There have been several reports of individuals claiming to be "PHT" or its officers, soliciting individual transactions and investments in foreign financial markets. PHT is not involved in any such solicitation activities. PHT officers do not show business cards, email addresses, employee IDs, or ask for personal information or account information, or request transfers or remittances through SNS accounts. Please be careful not to comply with such requests.
  3. Alert for websites impersonating our corporate site We have confirmed the existence of fake websites imitating our corporate site. These sites use our logo and content without permission and have no connection with us. We will take firm measures against such fraudulent activities. In particular, be cautious of cases that guide you to websites calling for investment in a company called "PHT".

On fraudulent activities impersonating PHT Corporation and its affiliates We have confirmed instances of unauthorized use of the names and positions of PHT Corporation and its affiliates, and attempts to guide to fraudulent sites through investment solicitations and product inquiries. We are not involved in any of these activities. Please confirm the email sender and the identity of the solicitor thoroughly, and be cautious.

Please be careful of fraudulent operators soliciting the purchase of stocks in companies planning to go public We have confirmed instances of our company name being used without permission to solicit the purchase of stocks in companies planning to go public. These solicitations are not related to our company.
